We hope you are keeping safe and well!

We have taken the decision to postpone all cooking classes during April & May to a time later this summer.
We believe this to be the socially responsible action as we are committed to the health and safety of our staff, customers and the wider community amid this current situation of corona virus infections.

If you haven’t booked a class yet or want to support us, we would love to have your support by purchasing a gift certificate which is valid for 3 years and provides us with some much needed cashflow during these times when our classes aren’t running.

We have not taken this decision lightly, but believe it would not be possible to adhere to the 6ft social distancing recommendations while all cooking together.
Our cooking classes are hands on, fun, interactive, working closely in small groups over a 2 hour period.

We will be continually assessing the situation on a daily basis and how the pandemic is evolving, and will be driven by our Government guidelines.
All customers who have purchased / booked for March / April classes will receive a complimentary additional seat/guest at a new rescheduled class. When the ban is lifted we will be updating new class dates and notifying our customers via a newsletter & social media notifications.

We’d love to host you in one of our fantastic cooking class experiences at a safer time, and will offer you a free transfer to another cooking class for a date that suits you in the months ahead, or as soon as it is safe to do so! Note also that you can choose any class with availability, not just the cuisine you originally booked!

We appreciate and value your support of our small, family run, local business .

It’s our 6th year of hosting our cooking classes and we were so pleased to anticipate the most successful year ever, with fully booked classes so far ahead. We know everyone is being impacted at this time, and how devastating it is for many small businesses, some of which may struggle to survive the types of income drops we are about to experience.

We thank you for your ongoing support in these uncertain times, especially in helping to ensure we remain a viable ongoing small business to continue to deliver innovative, fun, world class culinary experiences!

Much appreciated,

Chef Shawn McManus
